Account Deletion
At our Platform, we offer a feature for users to request the deletion of their account through our support section. After receiving such a request, we will archive the user's account information in compliance with relevant regulatory and operational data retention policies.
There may be some situations where we are unable to archive the account information, for example, if there are ongoing disputes or unresolved claims associated with the account. However, once these issues are resolved, we will promptly archive the account information.
Please note that we may retain certain information for legitimate business interests such as preventing fraud, enhancing user safety and security, and fulfilling legal obligations and compliance.
We also offer the option to temporarily deactivate an account.
This will prevent access to the account until a reactivation request is submitted to our support team at support@zennopay.com and the account is successfully reactivated.
