1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only if:
The transaction failed but amount was debited.
Duplicate transactions occurred.
Merchant did not receive the settlement within the defined SLA.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Incorrect UPI ID or merchant QR entered by user.
Payments made for goods/services that user later disputes with merchant.
Payments blocked due to compliance/regulatory requirements.
3. Refund Process
Raise a refund request via support@zennopay.com.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days, depending on banking partners.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Dispute Resolution
For unresolved cases, users may escalate to:
NPCI (for UPI-related issues).
RBI Ombudsman (for banking-related complaints).
